We are committed to offering the best possible service and we treat all complaints seriously. We will acknowledge your issue within 2 working days, and will work with you on a resolution.
We hope to resolve any issues within 20 working days and to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with our response to your complaint, or if we have taken longer than 20 working days to resolve your complaint (or up to 40 working days if we have given you a reason in writing), and your complaint relates to the supply of electricity or natural gas, you may contact Utilities Disputes.
